Lara’s journey into dance began with musical theatre and contemporary dance before moving on to street dance genres. Lara joined Boy Blue in 2012 and further developed her skills as an artist and choreographer. She has performed in major Boy Blue productions including ‘Emancipation of Expressionism’ at The Barbican Theatre directed by Danny Boyle, and worked as Resident and Rehearsal Director on ‘Free Your Mind’ at Aviva Studios also directed by Danny Boyle and Boy Blue.

Her theatre & TV credits include Associate Choreographer for ‘Three Billy Goats’ at the Unicorn Theatre, Assistant & Performer for ‘Redlands’ at Chichester Festival Theatre and BAFTA award winning TV series ‘MOOD’.

As Choreographer and Movement Director her artist credits include Alex Aiona, MAVRO studios and The Power of Musik with CeCe Sammy, and as Assistant and Performer for artists such as Krept and Konan, Ann-Marie & Alice Chater.

Lara's commercial credits have seen her on campaigns with Nike, ADIDAS and KFC, and for large scale productions for the London Olympic ceremonies, and Latitude Festival.
